Second Day of Work

Oh man. Working at Common Ground makes me feel like nothing has changed. It's been kind of nice to get back into the swing of things, but then again, working at Common Ground is SO tiring. I worked 10-4 both Saturday and today, and I'm exhausted. I think I like working the morning shift the most: 1-8. It is the most busy, and the most fun. Then I have the rest of the day to myself! haha... Today, I worked with Dean, Debbie, a new girl Carly and Marcus!!! in the morning. Marcus is back from Boston University and thriving like no other. It was really nice to catch up with him and to see him so healthy and happy. He looks good! I worked with Sam and Danielle in the afternoon. It was so slow. Like, ridiculously slow. I'm glad to be working, though. It's better than sitting on the couch alone all day. After work, I babysat for my neighbors while another neighbor had a christmas party downstairs that my parents and the parents of the kids I babysat went to. I like talking to Val and Joanna, the parents of Bella and Irine (who I babysat). I am making cookies with Bella and Irine on Tuesday! yay! I saw Bridget yesterday. It was so nice. We ate cookies, watched How to Train Your Dragon, and played Wii. I hope to hang out with her more over break. Once I find out my grades, and if I did well like I think I did, maybe I can convince my mom to pay for a horse ride lesson with Bridget. They are $50, but I love riding horses. That would be so cool if it worked out. Bridget and I have to dye our hair purple, too. And watch Happiness Runs, which I bought because she wanted to see it. And I can't wait to see Katie Bogen! I miss that little ball of fire. I can't wait to see what kind of person she is, now that she has a serious boyfriend. Katie is the most sexual being I know. I wrote a short story and one of my characters was based off her. haha. Ahhhhh..... so tired. I'm going to go read my book now. Yes, it is a total crap, sugar kind of book. Yes, it is the last in the Gossip Girl series. So what? It's nice to give my brain some candy. Did you know how different the books from and the TV serious are? Seriously, it's ridiculous. I recommend reading the last book, just to know how all the shit goes down. Anyway, on that note, goodnight!
