Oreo Truffles

So, this Tuesday during Senate, the e-board was having technical difficulties, so everybody had fifteen minutes or so to chat before we began. I was sitting next to Katie Pennings, a senator from Oyaron, (she's also in my FYS and dialogues class) and she told me about these truffles she was going to make for one of her musical groups. She's a music ed major and involved in a lot of music stuff; different singing groups. I forget which music group it was for. But the point is that these truffles sound AMAZING and really easy to make! So I'm adding them to the list.



Since these Oreo Truffles would be made for the holidays, I think it would be neat to mix green and red food dye (separately) with batches of the cream cheese. This way, the insides would look festive when bit into. Ho Ho Ho! sounds good to me!
